More than a skilled Negotiator, I am adept at understanding the intricacies of an Offer, the Conditions, the Terms, the Deposits ...so that the Offer becomes a solid and very satisfactory Agreement of Purchase & Sale. An Agreement that will lead towards a smooth closing - because I understand the details and pay attention to the details. It’s the details that ensure success. I’m as comfortable with complicated Condominium documents as with Freehold and the obvious and sometimes not so obvious intricacies that an Offer needs attention to.

From the Lakeshore to the north of GTA I’m conversant with values, trends and well connected within the Agent circles that keep our markets moving.  And I speak a whole lot'a languages, including: Hungarian/French / Italian / Romanian / and of course English.
